QED was founded in 1998 winning their first contract award supporting clients at the Federal Aviation Administration. For almost 20 years QED has continued to support FAA, Customs and Border Patrol, and the National Credit Union Association receiving multiple follow on task orders in the areas of program management, finance, and organizational change implementation. In April of 2017 QED was acquired by Mr. Steve Mills, a disabled veteran who served in Vietnam with the United States Marine Corp completing a successful career that spanned over 20 years. Mr. Mills served in both the Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance fields. Mr. Mills retired and began a career in the private sector as a federal contractor. For over 28 years Mr. Mills has served in both technical and management positions at the highest level of small business contracting.
