Training Development and Delivery Training is essential to successfully implementing new programs and initiatives. Our Approach. QED's approach to successfully developing and implementing customized training programs includes the fundamentals of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology. QED consultants work with clients to adapt the phases of training development to meet guidelines and requirements for course development and delivery. The ISD fundamentals that QED includes throughout training development and delivery are:

    We collaborate with clients to obtain information for training content and detail potential delivery media, constraints, and risk mitigation strategies.

    We plan the training flow, appearance, and implementation.

    We facilitate work groups and project teams to create high-quality, effective training courses and/or materials based on requirements established in the analysis and design stages.

  • Delivery
    We provide the necessary materials, resources, and personnel required to deliver the final product.

  • Evaluation
    We ensure that from developing to delivering training, we provide you with the means to measure the quality and effectiveness of your training programs.
